When I was a little girl, I used to tell God jokes when I prayed. I thought he needed it, because I heard how hard other people asked for him work.

I believe that comedians helped save the lives of millions of us during these Trump tribulations, because if not for you we would have all gone crazy. đ€Ż

They both might be old but Biden is smart enough not to call Chicago the convention host a horrible city.

My dear friend, the late Fr. Dave Mura, from the Rochester (NY) Diocese, was a clown and had a ministry called, "Fools for Christ's Sake." The message being when we smile, God smiles too. I'm glad our Pope recognizes the importance of humor for the human spirit. Thank you Stephen for representing US!

The Bible says in Proverbs 17:22 that laughter is the best medicine. Keep doing ministry, Stephen!! You're great at it!!

Loved that little dig at Conan, makes me so happy that the late night hosts are all so friendly with each other.

People who say that Stephen should have spoken to the Pope in Spanish since he's from Argentina, may have forgotten that Pope Francis is fluent in Italian (which is the official language of the Vatican City) and German, and is conversant in Latin (the official language of the Holy See), French, Portuguese, and English.

The closed captions changed âkeen eyed observersâ to âCanaanite observersâ đ

Forget about Milawaukee. Insulting the Swiss Guard must be the bravest thing Stephen has ever done on air.
-
Stephen Colbert had an audience with the Pope and Jimmy Kimmel hosted Obama and Joe. God is good. God is great. Thank, God, for Stephen and Jimmy. Amen.

Trombone Shorty is amazing! â€â€â€

When we visited Italy in 2012, and stopped by a Catholic middle school in Colle di Val d'Elsa, they were literally rehearsing Sister Act. We stayed to see the production in the nearby theater. Fantastic!
-
I love when Colbert makes it a point to introduce/chat with the band & guest musicians. These are some of the best & most creative talents~Just look at where Jon Batiste ended up? đ¶đđđŒ

As an atheist I don't share your religious fervor, but I do understand that it means a lot to you.

Laughter is healing, literally. Thank you!

How could God not love you, Stephen?

In my darkest days comedy has helped get me through.

I don't share Stephen's faith but 'keep making god smile" is a beautiful thought to hold onto
