Go to the ACCC first. They are ruthless and actually will start legal proceedings if they find a violation of consumer law.

i already filed my complaint to ACCC two days back and they advised me to also lodge a complaint to Consumer Affairs Victoria. I'm waiting until after 4th April (which is the 2nd revised delivery date Samsung gave me) before i lodge it....from what i've been reading, they changed logistics partners and now have a huge backlog of orders to clear

You have described my exact experience. They have until mid week next week to process my refund and then I will file a complaint with ACCC.

The lack of escalation process is the frustrating part I can say in the US its exactly the same. They can only send emails to the appropriate person but if that person doesn't move anything there's nothing they can do.

Unfortunately I saw the FB page and this video after I placed a hefty order for s23 ultra and the Samsung watch 5 pro. It's been 12 days already where my order status is "on the way" but they have not provided me with any shipping info yet.
I hope it gets delivered in a day or two else will proceed with the cancelation. -

Any idea how to cancel and refund my order in Victoria. Samsung obviously saying they cant do shit cause the order is "processing" or whatever, but considering me and many others havent received news on the order for weeks...

I was told I needed to pay of my 9 month old Z fold 4 before I can get a refund was sent the phone not fixed and told I need to start all over again P.S My repair history on say phone been fix and sent back too me.
