Okay so as a person from West Bengal, I know scammers. My cousin used to work as one and yes their work culture is toxic. They're miserable and don't earn a lot individually. Them abusing you means they're really frustrated and using it as a defence mechanism. I'm glad you're doing this, thank you!!

I can’t believe how vulgar and disgusting these scammers get especially when talking to an “old lady” I don’t get how real victims don’t hang up at that point. Though my Gran would’ve stayed on the phone and lectured them, and telling them they were raised wrong, she never used the internet or had a mobile, but she’d stay on the house phone with them for way too long. Please advise your Grandparents to always hang up on these people, no one should be talking to you about money on the phone. And if you have elderly family members visit them or talk to them on the phone, so they don’t feel lonely enough to engage in these scammer morans

I'm completely baffled by how unprofessional they are. The swearing, the threats, etc. If they really wanted to convince people they aren't scammers, they would behave professionally. It's just basic customer service lol scam or not. I am always shocked by how careless they are.
