Sia at her very best. Her stuff with Zero7 is miles ahead of her current mainstream stuff. It's a combination that just cannot be topped with how incredible Zero7 are and how well they complement her voice with their unique music. Just magic.

When my girlfriend and I had first started dating, I'd played her this song and said "I hope someday to know someone well enough to write me lyrics as wonderful as these." At our wedding, she read me her own version of the song. It was all about us. We've been married 8 years now. I love this song. I love my wife even more.

Zero 7 has not received the acclaim and acknowledgement they deserve. One of the best bands and writing of all time. Like who can say otherwise?

The world needs more Zero 7

I would also suggest checking out Zero 7 and Sia' and Sophie Barker's Destiny"...another beautiful song

How is that possible to make such a perfect music, my heart is literally exploding, I'm feeling blessed.

I would play this song on repeat in the hours leading up to me meeting up with my girlfriend when this came out and I was 23. Every time I hear this I feel like warmth is flowing through all my extremities after being in the frigid cold for a long time. Great songs allow you to love others better. This is a perfect example.

The Zero 7 Simple Things album brings back memories of a magical time in my life. I still play it today anytime I need some respite from the stresses of this world. Sia and Sophie Barker are both amazing vocalists.

I love zero 7 from the bottom of my heart, from the moment I heard their first song in 2006 I couldn't stop listening to it and until now I do it, 14 years later I keep moving forward in my life and listening to them at night when I work and think In the simple things in life, they accompanied me on my first trip by plane and have been with me since I started my life on YouTube, half a million subscribers later, since I left I have to say thank you for such a beautiful album, which accompanies me every night that I edit. I love you, thank you for being part of my life with your themes. thanks zero 7

i think it's because she knew the heartbreak of love lost that she knows how to convey real love in her voice. it is/she is so beautiful.
-
Possibly the most beautiful song ever made.

And it never gets old...

It's hard to believe this beautiful song was released 15 years ago. Much in the world has changed since then but this track from this era will always be dear to me.
