    Hi. Do you think saw palmetto is safe to take long term? When I look it up, it seems like it’s safe to take for up to three years, which isn’t great. Also, do you think there is a good topical product that works to decrease the effects of DHT on the scalp?

    Hello kate, I'm 23 years old I've been facing severe hairfall since 2018 and i got my head shaved twice just because of this hairfall my hair has become so much thin that i don't able to manage it... i visited dermatologist as well but after 6 months treatment my hair started to falling again and decided to shave again but nothing happens good... I've tested everything that yoh mentioned and all of the levels are normal... I've PCOS and I treated it as well but nothing improves my hairfall and hair thinning...Do i have genetic alopecia? What can i do for reducing hairfall and reversing my hair back?
