the biggest difference between the two franchises is that Barbie characters’ hair doesn’t move at all and Bratz characters’ hair moves way too much for no reason

Fun fact about the Barbie lore: in Barbie: A Fashion Fairytale (one of my personal favourites), it's shown that she's actually an actress in all these films! That's why they're usually titled "Barbie in (insert whatever here)" because she's the star of the film :)

I love Barbie as the Princess and the Pauper so much and recently made my girlfriend watch it. The way Erika ignores the other seamstress after she says "Can I come alooong?" has always cracked me up 😂

Kurtis- Barbie is an actress. Each movie and it’s rules are different because they’re all fictional gigs for a fictional actress, hence why her name is almost never “Barbie” in these movies.
