    So I’ve been doing this for like 3 days and it takes away the bloating and I can tell that I look slimmer. I love this workout because it is fast, not too difficult but definitely burns, and leaves me feeling better afterwards Edit: uhh so I missed one or two days mb homieeee I’ll start again tomorrow

  • No because it actually works, to all those bigger people who are looking through the comments to see if it actually works, and not knowing if it does because there’s some people on here who weigh almost nothing compared to us. And they’re like Oh my God, it actually worked. I just wanna say I am 166 pound teenager. I have most of my weight in my thighs and stomach. I’ve been doing this for about a week now I do it twice a day sometimes more and I double each exercise anyways I just wanted to say that it does actually work if you’re committed to it and you don’t eat as much I’ve also been drinking green tea which I find helps anyways I’ve lost about 6 pounds already in this first week and I’ve gotten my aunt and my grandma‘s telling me that I’ve lost weight so it definitely works so if you committed to it and you were on diet it will most likely work

    Going to do this for a month and update everyday to stay motivated :) Day 1: stomach is pretty sore and obviously no results but will keep grinding💪 Day 2: complete and a bit sore :) Day 3: Got busy decorating but went roller skating for hours🤷‍♀️ Day 4: ✅ Day 5: ✅ Day 6: my stomach is definitely getting smaller and I’ve lost a pound :) Day 7: Week one done🎉 (made up for the day I missed by doing it twice today) Day 8: ✅ Day 9: ✅ Day 10: ✅ Day 11: ✅ Day 12: ✅ Day 13: Was feeling super unmotivated today but did it anyways😅 Day 14: skipped cause I was too tired lol Day 15: ✅ Day 16: skipped😅 Day 17: skipped againn Day 18: ✅ Day 19: ✅ Day 20: ✅ Day 21: skipped Day 22: ✅ Day 23: ughh skipped again I hate myself for that Day 24: did the workout twice to make up for what I missed! Day 25: ✅ Day 26: ✅ Day 27: skipped Day 28: skipped because I was studying for midterms😖 Day 29: ✅ Day 30: ✅ Day 31: last dwy of updating woohoo! So I'd say that this workout was very useful but would definitely be good to do while dieting. I lost abt 7 lbs this month doing it and I didn't diet or anything but it did make my stomach a lot tighter and smaller so I'd recommend this exercise to anyone wnating to lose their stomach fat quickly :)

    Hey guys!! I’m going to update you guys everyday for a week to see if I get results!! Day 1: The whole time I’m sure I looked like a turtle struggling to get up but I can see a bit of a difference! Please like to remind!!     So far I’ve done 3 days of this exercise and I can’t believe it. My stomach already looks way flatter. But remember that different exercises suit different bodies, so this one may not suit you but it DEFINITELY suits me. However,my waist size is not that different yet. Good luck
