This meme was created by my friend, a black man, Chris Taliaferro, and shared among his black friends so it's weird they're calling the meme itself racist. Chris Taliaferro has socials all over where he's been shitposting about Chingy for years, so it was more of an in-joke that suddenly got spread around.
