  • My husband was given 3 years to live with agressive prostate cancer. He was told if he did conventional treatments radiation, surgery, chemo he might get 5 years. He did none of the conventional treatments we changes our lifestyle to a whole foods plant based diet and he is alive and healthy going on 14 years now.

My husband and I Whole food plant based 8 year anniversary this month. Best decision we ever made. 65 and feeling amazing...no health issues and no meds. 🥰🌱👍

WOW! This was a good one! Happy I discovered this GREAT documentary. I'm from Sweden, living in Norway, and I have been in a WFPB lifestyle for 4 years now. I did it for health reasons but after a very short time in it I discovered that I not only became healthier and that the arthritis pain was gone, but I also became stronger and got much more energy. I'm 62 y.o now and I'm healthier than I have ever been. As a former hockey player and boxer, I thought everything was over after I passed 50. But today I am thriving in the gym, building lean muscles and cardio. I love my diet!

Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food!

I absolutely agree. I was finally diagnosed with MS at 30, but had problems for well over a decade. I lost all of my 20’s to MS (and other chronic health conditions). I have come off almost all of my medications, reversed prediabetes, and put my MS into remission thanks to diet (and exercise). Highly recommended looking into Terry Whals, she is absolutely incredible.

Thank you so much! I truly appreciate your help and your support and dedication! This is such an eye opener for me. My doctors all tell me medication is the only way. I’m trying to prove them wrong

This was so excellent and a reminder of what I learned years ago when I had Sarcoidosis. I happened to come across the "anti-sarcoid diet" and I employed it. When next I visited my rheumatologist she said: "We don't know why you're in remission." To which I replied: "Yes, we do -- here" (advancing the diet in my hand.) She refused to even look at it. It's so easy to forget when we have some mysterious ailment (which I have currently) that diet is so important because with our current medical system it doesn't focus on making patients well -- it focuses on just medicating them. I NEED TO REVAMP MY DIET! And while I have never eaten fast food I need to give up animal products -- and I will!

The actress Gloria Swanson (from the 1920’s) knew that plant based eating was the way to go. She was way ahead of her time. If you watch interviews of her when she was 60 + she looks amazing.

The documentary "Forks Over Knives" is similar to the video above. It changed my life for the better.

I love the way the doctor said "cut the middle man"!

What a great film!! To me it seems that people are kept stupid to be a source for the food industry and pharmaceutical companies.
  • Thank you for posting. There’s a reason why every single alternative cancer centre in the world immediately puts patients on a mostly raw vegan diet. In conventional cancer centres they feed people, cookies and milk during their chemo. I guess it keeps the patients coming back and it’s good for business.
