I think it's just an actor. Probably I like episode 5. He'll be killed by Homelander in a temper tantrum, and then they'll replace him with Sam from Gen V.

You can clearly hear that Black Noir is voiced by a black man (Nathan Mitchell) Plus Nathan Mitchell is still playing his role as Black Noir in season 4. So I absolutely have no idea how anyone could think it might be Sam or a clone of Homelander in the show. If it's a clone, it's 100% a clone of the former Black Noir.

Him being a clone of the original Noir would be pretty cool. It's a nice nod to the comic book but still original plus it would open up a whole new backstory where they talk about having copies of all the different supes. Good idea🧀
