About to turn 65 I've recently retired ftom a very stressful work life, health wise you were spot on..... my well meaning psychic spiritual friends look at me weird when they pick up one issue (which i never ask for) and I tell them its about the wholistic...not pieces of.... I am now stopping and listening to what my body wants...the food I need to eat, lots rest, odd sleeping times😊 when I'm allowed to get out and about, walking, laying on the grass in the sun with my cat😽 finding friends that dont try to advise just spending fun time together....all starting with lots of TLC.... Paul, this was so spot on for me. Our family has been working steadily since August last year (well and for a few years before that) for my husband to quit his 9-5 and to run a business with his brother and childhood friend and move back home half way across the country with our 2 kids. We are now at a point to make this dream a reality and it is scary and exciting and terrifying and exhilarating. Everyone around us is supportive, but cautious with things to consider. I have such great positivity and optimism coming from this move and would LOVE to rip the bandaid off and just do it already, but have been trying to keep my impulsiveness in check because waiting in the in-between is uncomfortable. Also, my Pisces husband doesn’t work that way - he needs to cross all of his T’s and dot all of his i’s before making the leap. 🤣😍💗

well very spot on w me. i have a leg that is taking time to heal, moved back home after 3rd surgery and am reinventing my life. i had C for a few years and now am living life with gratitude! and have been working on a new business venture. i am awakened and overcame a lot but also have a tf from hs and in separation. ultimately my life will be beyond my dreams but its a journey. i have been a bit tired and am thinking yes, i think ill take a nap!

OMG!! Yes I have just recently found out I have Barrett’s Oesophagus caused by many years of bad reflux!! A hatal hernia has also pushed up from my stomach into my oesophagus! I’m having to take medication and see specialist
