Watching both Ryan and Shane get a little spooked and very confused when the flashlight started flashing SOS in Morse code was just fantastic.

you should have a "control" episode where you do all your tests in a place that is not known to be haunted. treat it just like a regular episode but do it in a holiday inn or something.

obsessed with the fact the "figure with glowing moving eyes" at 19:26 is extremely clearly a kitty cat and yet they left it in as evidence and didn't even discuss it. hope the missouri state penitentiary beast is having a good one

I find it hilarious how "angry" Shane got about the mattress thing. It just goes to show how much he enjoys watching Ryan get scared— so much so that it frustrated him when he didn't get scared.

Interestingly, during prison riots inmates often set their mattresses on fire. So the fact that the orvius said "Mattress blaze" so clearly and easily is pretty dang spooky

The fun thing is that Ryan is apparently supposed to be more scared than ever this season and the one before, but I gotta say. Season 1 and 2 of unsolved has the most unhinged Ryans. That boi is shaking

As a little tip for Shane -- if you tell someone to face Away from a dark room or hallway "until you feel a breath in your neck" they will eventually feel it and you will ruin their life. Light touch and ichiness are the easiest feelings to trick someone into.

I miss when you guys would use the noise proof headphones and the ovulus and one of you would ask questions whilst the other interpreted answers. That was gold.

I love that as Ryan becomes less fazed, Shane has to become more unhinged to maintain the equilibrium 😂.
