If I got told “lucky her” after saying my loved one died by the old hag I would have responded with “well lucky you, you’ll be there soon to but I feel like your permanent visit will be a lot hotter”
  • @BlackKara
Good for him. Good for choosing to hurt and to heal. Good job little guy.

Such a sad story. But evil always attacks you when you're grieving.
  • “Back the way you came.” The world’s most direct yet ‘polite’ way to say “go the f*** away!”

This is probably one of the best stories I've heard on any channel online. So poignant, beautiful, eloquent. A satisfying ending. I want to read/hear more from this author!

This felt like a complete book or movie playing in my head. Very good writing and plot, I was so invested in the story! Also wonderful narration as known from you. 50 minutes of your voice, what a treat! If you ever did an audio book I'd probably listen to the whole thing at once.
  • Shoutout to the author for mentioning my favorite singer Hank Williams...I guess everyone hasn’t forgotten Ole Hank just yet.

The spookiest thing in here is that he got a bag of chips and a coce for a dollar

Amazing story, brilliantly narrated. It's rare that a pasta gets me emotional, especially while also being effectively creepy and suspenseful.

Lol I love how him and the librarian keep roasting each other. 😅😂😂😂

Small town creepypastas are always so freaking good. I could really feel the unwelcome bitterness of the residents here. And finally, a smart and logical thinking protagonist!!

This was refreshing honeslty, reminds me of the older horror books I use to read. So much more depth, I miss painting out such a clear picture in my mind while listening/reading.
  • Good story. In case, your younger viewers have never used a pay phone and it's been decades since I did, you have to put coins (usually quarters) into the slot and then you get a dial tone! The protagonist must never had used one before too.

The only horror character to have done the smart thing and lived. Congratulations guy. You win

really liked this one. perfectly done small town horror with a great portrayal of grief. kudos to the author and narrator!

A real treat, a long story when it was blowing hard, cold and raining on the coastline here. 💨 🌧 Thank you very much.
  • So I need some help with this ending. He just left the town?.... right. The whole "I've always been prone to flights of fancy" has left me laying her questioning my intelligence.
