Those poor Japanese school kids. They just defeated a ghost lady and turned it into a frog. And now they have to deal with the world LITERALLY ENDING
  • @itsbella8066
james: oh yeah they're siblings james a few seconds later: so about that
  • @Jumpy-Dragon
I love the cheering of the little girls when they turn the spirit into a frog, it's so genuinely wholesome
  • I love how this movie has few kills for the most part, but goes pure genocide in the last bit.
  • @staticmetalxbl
Watching a grown man yell fuck you to a group of school children for saving their own lives cracks me up every time. Hahaha.

"Do not read the Latin" "Read it" "...WTF" my favorite movie line ever
  • @ajbanky7870
I’d just like to point out that James wasn’t the only who thought Dana and Marty were siblings. I was legitimately surprised when he corrected himself and said that they were just friends.
  • Fun Fact: Left 4 dead 2 was supposed to have a collaboration map with cabin with the woods but was canceled last minute However left 4 dead 2 special infected can still be seen in the monster elevator scene

"Someone's severed pelvic bone being held like a trophy by two goblins in a golf cart" is probably the most wild sentence I have EVER heard in my entire life.
  • @Kay_213_
That’s like one of my favorite quotes from a horror movie “Do. Not. Read. The. Latin.”
  • I know it was a mistake, but I do love that Marty and Dana are called siblings here. Looking back on the movie, they do have that “brother and sister” bond going on.

Sigourney Weaver being so excited about the werewolf is adorable 😂

Imagine being the ancient ones and some human comes up to you and says “hey live in my basement and I’ll feed you stereotypical teenagers” and you, being an all powerful being of destruction and death, say “lol k”
  • @ss_shroom871
"I think we should split up" "yeah good idea" "Really?!" okay he's my favorite already
  • @hal6568
this was my first horror movie. i was nine at the time. i made it through the whole movie until i watched the unicorn kill (27:42 in video). i flipped and i got rid of everything i had with a unicorn and was scared of them for a year or two. absolutely ruined me
  • I love the fact that it seems all the monsters are working together to kill all the scientists, soldiers, and victims, like how one monster throws a guy into the snake's mouth or how the Werewolf, Clown, and Unicorn teamed up to take down those people.
  • @VinceVinou
The biggest kill count ever Since the world is destroyed “Lets get to the kills, 7.7 billion people died in The cabin in the woods.”
  • @altF-ie9xv
This is the biggest “they had us in the first half, not gonna lie” film ever
  • @JiaPia3
This is hands-down my favorite horror movie of all time. It’s not that it’s scary, it’s just that it’s witty, funny, sardonic, and a commentary. Plus, the effects are so funny. I absolutely love the scene where they show the administration department when all hell is breaking loose. It’s such a bureaucratic, regular corporate office mixed in with the craziest horror characters and clichés the world has ever seen. Including the merman LMAO

The elevator scene is genuinely my favorite moment from all of the movie media I've ever watched. The true, unbridled chaos of dozens of different, entirely unrelated creatures bursting out from the doors to just massacre everything around them was a real sight to behold. I remember thinking back when I saw it for the first time that this is the closest thing to an SCP movie that we've ever gotten, and as an early teen that was obsessed with SCP at the time, I was fuckin' ecstatic.
