Ingredients:

Goat meat (3lbs)
2 onions
3 stalks of scallion
2 scotch bonnet peppers
3 cloves garlic
Thyme
Pimento
2 tbsp curry powder
2 tbsp season salt
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
2 small potatoes (optional)
And... a touch of love!

You'll also need vinegar, lemon juice and cooking oil!
