OMG - thank you! I was finally able to fix something that has been broken for years as I couldn't figure out how to get the broken screw out. The drill trick worked like a charm.

The drill method for broken head worked. So relieved. I brought three different stripped screw removers sets(nothing). When everything i needed I already had. Lesson learned, remedy stored for life and video saved 😅. Thank a mil !
  • Thanks, Buddy. Had a screw sticking out about a quarter inch from hardwood, no head. The locking Vice grips method saved me. It’s all about getting it as tight as possible while still closing, then slowly and patiently rotating it out.
  • I was replacing two old deck board today and could not remove some rusty half broken screws. After seeing this video, I tried the vise grip method and it worked very well! Thank you!

7:00 YOU’RE AWESOME DUDE. So glad I saw this trick. I’m trying to add knobs to a nightstand and it was too tight. I couldn’t get the headless screw out. Saved me further frustration.
  • Your tip of using the drill to just "clamp" onto the remaining portion of a screw with a broken head saved me!! I had 2 broken head screws with less than 2mm sticking out of the surface but the drill just did it... thanks!
  • Absolute hero - broken screw head extracted with the drill per method 1 worked perfectly. Thankyou so much
  • @vicany
