When Odysseus puts his hair in a ponytail, you know the shit's about to go down!
  • @shadowrealm4206
The way a string wraps around him as he runs, like even his escape is part of the plan, like everything is within her control.
  • "A woman" "...What." In all honesty, it really seems like Odysseus is just too gay or too devoted to Penelope to truly understand the temptation that his soldiers experienced when faced with Circe, and I find it pretty funny

Dude the imagery with the men being tied up while transforming looked so good!
  • @mr.agoshi1872
The average conversation with friends: "A woman" "What?" "She got us with two words 'Come Inside'" "Damn"

Lmao Eurylochus face at 1:45 is just gold, like "see what i mean?" Or "yeah you heard me right"

"come on, we've literally just survived a Cyclops and Poseidon what kind of creature can be so dangerous to our-" "A woman. And she was very pretty and nice and welcoming" "We're finished."

I am 24 years old. I have known about Circe's story since I was in highschool. I know full well the danger this woman represents. That being said, if I was faced with your version of Circe. All of that knowledge is getting thrown out the window and I'm gonna risk it. Even if I die or get turned into a pig, it was worth it.

One random fact, I figured out: the reason why in the snippet of the underworld saga when they said “558 men who died under your command” one of men in Circe’s castle, (I think) was so drunk that he fell through the floor and died, what a way to go out

Okay but I love the joke of "She said come inside" "Oh wow, yeah that's forward". Its just perverted enough to be a "what" While also just being perfectly delivered

In a modern adaptation of Cerci’s story, she was a very kind and powerful goddess. However, on her island, some sailors came by for food and rest, she was very hospitable towards them, but of course, they had different plans when they saw Cercis's beauty, home, and riches. They planned to SA her, kill her, and steal from her. (In Classic Greek Mythology) Of course, she's immortal so she didn't die from the brutal beating and SA. That's when she turned them into pigs. From then on whenever a man or a crew of men showed up, she would test them to see if they were decent or act like vile pigs. When they would fail her test that's when she would turn them into pigs. So, in this song, she may seem like a seductress and an evil witch, but after years of loss, abuse, and mistrust from others who can blame her for going on the offense when looking at the face of an individual who has harmed her over and over again. I encourage all to read more about Cerci, it's one of my favorite stories of a Greek God, it also talks about her first love; "I've been in love once before" c: (Edit: changed a few words to make what I said not factual to Mythology; what I said here is not canon to Greek Mythology)

  • Little bits I love: Eurylochus drawing the shape of a woman's body at 1:38 Odysseus' "What?" at 1:41 The puppetmaster strings around Circe's fingers The continuity of Odysseus tying his hair back before he runs into Hermes
  • @AM-ji4mv
Eurylochus' eyes glowing showing he'd been enchanted to lure the rest to Circe!
  • @riainfante2238
Love the way you drew Circe and love the way that eurylichous was in first person when he came back to odyssyus also love the strings representing her as a puppeteer and them as a puppets
  • @PuccaLover15
Oooooo! Eurylochus getting spelled by Circe as he runs away is so clever! I've seen many versions of Puppeteer and him spelled as he runs to warn Odysseus is a first for me.

“We are weak to a power like this!” proceeds to show the shape of her body
