March 2024 Turing-Roche Knowledge Share Event: Structured Missingness Challenges in Data Integration

Published 2024-03-28
An event series for the Turing-Roche Partnership, featuring updates, knowledge sharing and academic/industry perspectives. Find out more about the series here: www.turing.ac.uk/events/turing-roche-knowledge-sha…

This is a recording of the event held in March 2024 which explored the challenges within data integration, through the lens of structured missing data.

This event features Vicky Hellon; Community Manager for the Turing-Roche Partnership, Robin Mitra; Associate Professor of Statistics at UCL and Eleni-Rosalina (Elrozy) Andrinopoulou; Assistant Professor in Biostatistics at Erasmus MC.

Robin discusses the fundamentals around missing data and structured missingness, whilst Elrozy provides a contextual setting for these issues with application in Cystic Fibrosis.
