Heavy rains have flooded roads in Ventura, but that didn't stop a few people from braving the storm and surfing off the back of a pickup truck.

I recognize some of those houses as being track homes. We have the same house models in east Long Beach and in parts of Lakewood. Who are the two guys in the kayak? Are they local from around there? They look cool.
