The fact that in the state of South Carolina, I can spend more time in jail for simple possession than the person who almost killed me and two other people while they were driving drunk will for their nigh-evil actions, is absolutely one of the most disgusting and deplorable facets of our legal system. Grow up, America.
  • "If all those alcoholics were potheads, we'd be in a better world". Hell of a closing statement!.....if only other states could follow on this.
  • @UraniumChef
Regardless of the party you align with, it’s clearly ridiculous that it continues to remain illegal
  • "If all those alcoholics were potheads wed live in a better world". Genius 😊
  • How is it possible that we wound up to be in a universe where alcohol is legal over marijuana? Always blows my mind when I think of this
  • @papabird4425
Nobody can make a case for why its still illegal.
  • I'm 44 and Marijauna Prohibition ruined my life. I became a felon at 19 for it and spent a year in prison.
  • The only people that still think weed should be illegal are those that know least about it. They cling to the false information surrounding it.
  • @JayArr96
I'm honestly starting to think they don't want people smoking weed because people will be chill enough to actually sit there for 5 goddamn minutes and think about how little anything in America makes sense. Is weed bad because its bad? Or is it bad because it makes you slow down and think for a few minutes and that puts the entire dynamic of the system in jeopardy?
  • I'm 15 in Tennessee. Caught with edibles. I got charged with simple possession. Court in 12 days. And expelled from school for a while. But when kids at school are getting caught wit vapes they get a simple suspension? Nicotine is way more addictive and deadly than marijuana.

This gentleman certainly did not, “Go-Off” on anybody. He made a fine case and all he spoke were facts.
  • The sober people texting and not paying attention while driving are the most dangerous drivers in the world.
  • Alcohol is the real gateway drug. When you were young, your uncle never offered you a hit of weed. But, he would offer a sip of beer.
  • @drcakemd7114
The only reason that marijuana is illegal is to ensure the pharmaceutical companies don’t lose money, and, it helps people think critically and question authority, and the authority does not want that
  • @StygianStyx
Living in Texas legalization is a nightmare, we keep asking for it and no one listens.
  • @J2Sharp-
At this point they simply don’t want us to be happy together 🤷🏾‍♂️
  • I run a cannabis store in California and I can tell you it's the most diverse customer base you'll ever see. Age, race, religion, political affiliation.....everybody gets along in the weed shoppe!
  • I’ve been saying all this stuff for 20 or more years . Good to hear someone with credibility saying in a courthouse.
  • Love his argument, the fact is the people want it legal and the government HAS to legalize it. I wish it was the good ol days when you could forcibly remove politicians who don't do their job.
