Lose weight Don't forget about lifting heavy weights. Numerous studies have shown that this is actually the #1 way to increase testosterone in men. Coupled with the above 7 steps AND a proper diet makes a positive outcome practically guaranteed.

I'm 53 and it amazes me, that in just 2 generations, people have lost total diet awareness. The fast food companies and the Government have spared no expense in making sure our beloved younger generations eat the absolute worst food to keep Big Pharma employed for the next 50 years. Excellent video Dr. Berry, huge thumbs up
  • @andyrbush
For decades (basically always) I have been eating bacon, butter and all the so called 'wrong foods'. Been out in the sun much to many people's horror and warnings of dire consequences. I have been diabetic on Insulin almost 40 years. I don't smoke. I am now 70, no one believes I am 70, they think 50. And I don't mean people who flatter to deceive I mean officials that need to know my age. I removed all stress by retiring, and I get exercise by helping on our farm in Thailand in the heat. Your videos ring so many bells for me. I always said that one day someone would tell us that butter and bacon are good for us, and here you are.

I just did a similar video on this a few days ago. Mainly on diet. All I eat are test boosting foods, healthy fats, take magnesium, lift heavy, all compound/athletic movements. Have done so for two decades. I’ll be 50 years old in 6 months, natural, and still moving huge weights. Still going strong. Plenty of lead in the pencil!
