Workout With Your Gun #1: "Ready-Up the Hard Way!"

Are you bored with your workouts? Grab your firearm at home and start building the muscles to run it like a champ!

In this first segment, we'll talk about a drill I like to call "Ready Up the Hard Way." It involves a small weight attached to the front of the gun with a flexible connection that allows it to swing.
The principle of the drill is that the free-swinging added weight to the end of the gun provides a greatly exaggerated recoil and stress-reaction impulse, which serves to strengthen and train your non-firing arm's muscles to compensate quicker and with more force than just running ready-up.

I am open to criticism; I've been shooting a long time, but nobody is perfect. Let me know what you think below!
