A new proposed bill in the Baltimore City Council is calling for more transparency surrounding the enforcement of City State's Attorney Ivan Bates' Citation Docket initiative.

Councilman Kristerfer Burnett, the democrat who represents District 8, is the bill's key sponsor. Burnett, who's on his way out of the city council--choosing not to run for re-election--is pushing the bill before he goes.
