"Starting at $100,000..." "Well that's not bad." "...per square metre." :/
-
Monaco running out of Monaco so they make more Monaco...
-
This feels like the ultimate first world problem.
-
Haha, shame for those who thought they had a brilliant sea-front villa... who are now 100s of meters in land.
-
Poor European multimillionaires, I hope they find a good home soon!
-
The area is tiny. A few short buildings that will run out of space again soon
-
In the mid 1800's, Monaco lost 95% of its territory when the neighboring towns of Menton & Roquebrune declared their independence, partly to escape Monaco's taxes and bad economy. Within a short time the Casino was founded, taxes were abolished, and the economy really took off. I wonder if they have any regrets?!

Ask France for some small chunk of land, they can probably make a good deal
-
15 acres? They should have gone ahead and went much further out. Create a mini Venice with harbor, lagoons, and canals. They are always going to have problems with lack of land so they should capitalize while the money is good.

I go to school in Monaco and I've been watching the project progress. As of right now, the entire area has been filled and they are starting building soon :)
-
Great video! I love hearing about little micro states like Monaco, they’re really interesting. Love these videos- great job the B1M! 😁
-
Hi Fred! Could you please make a follow up video for this project, or maybe even some other ones you made in the past on how the process and construction is going? It would be quite interesting. Maybe even a short 🤷♂️ Anyway love your videos, keep up the good work man! 👏

-
Looking forward to how this project turns out for them. Keep up the good work.

I agree, a definitive construction channel. I love architecture, construction and design. It is a passion.

Instead of these small piece meal expansions, Monaco needs a more long term plan.
