i want an S-Tier showdown where you invite a chef from each state and have them all create their states food, best food wins!
  • I will never recover from the fact that chocolate biscuits ranked higher than Texas Brisket
  • The fact that Missourians voted for toasted ravioli over Imo’s pizza, St. Louis barbecue, and Kansas City barbecue is giving me an aneurysm
  • Joshua is banned from dining in Wisconsin until an apology is issued for calling cheese curds "chode mozzarella sticks" bc how dare you forget we make cheddar ones
  • @djfaraon222
You should do this with european countries that would be freaking awsome! An hour project with the full spectrum would be so amazing.
  • @Vondo4
Now I want you to make posts for every state asking where the best place to get their top dish is. And then plan a road trip. Make it a 10-part video series, with five states per video
  • @dds1491
The fact that they ended choosing a burger after stating other items weren’t “special or revolutionary” is wild.

  • Something I noticed about many of the S tier foods (except for the soups) is that they are very simply made, not a ton of ingredients or a lot of fuss making them. The Oklahoma onion burger was actually a depression era thing. The onions were added in order to use less meat per patty.

I completely get C tier for WV but grab any other food and let it sit in a work truck for 5 hours, then eat it. That's where the pepperoni roll shines. It's work food for jobsites without microwaves or coolers.
  • @TheBrigandBob
As someone who lives in Oklahoma, it was so nice to see my state be #1 in something that wasn't related to teen pregnancy or meth.
  • ohioan here and lover of skyline. a few critiques: 1) don’t used the canned stuff, make your own. 2) not enough chili 3) don’t twirl it, eat it like a pie 4) use more finely shredded cheddar 5) WAYYYY more cheese
  • @OhLookaWoof
Resident Yooper (upper peninsula of Michigan) here! I wanted to be mad at the pronunciation of “pasty” but the rating was fairly considered and well deserved. Plus, it was great to see some Yooper representation so thank you! But yeah, “pasty” is pronounced more like “PASS-tee”
  • "boring from a culinary standpoint" gave chocolate on bread an S💀
  • @JGO707
I think there’s a huge difference from making it yourself to having the locals make it
  • Thought this guy was a professional, really made a subpar version of half the state dishes
  • @MizFrost
A pulled pork sandwich without coleslaw on it is a crime. Cole slaw, and then whatever hot sauce makes your soul happy.
