Claiming to be a retired CSM when you're a retired MSG is not acceptable. Claiming to have carried a weapon of war in war when you've never been in a war is not acceptable. Especially when using that to get a material gain. That is, by definition in law, stolen valor. When I first heard this story, I wanted to be sure of the facts before making a statement about it. I thought Republicans were going to regret trying to claim stolen valor. But this is all out of Walz's mouth and website bio. He needs to have a press conference and explain himself. And do it NOW.
