That pumpkin pie smoothie is soooooo good. It would make a delicious snack, breakfast, or dessert. I have made it 3 days in a row. I can’t wait to try some others!!

i’ve noticed that using thawed frozen fruit gives my smoothies better flavor. when i use frozen fruit as is, the flavor of the fruit is more watered down. i put a container of the fruit/ingredients to thaw in the fridge the night before, so they are ready to go in the am.

I use unflavored collagen powder in my smoothies. It has lots of protein, but not the weird flavor and texture of protein powders.
