You misunderstood her 4th skill. It's an active skill, not a passive skill. Every time she uses this skill, her PA increases permanently and she adds an artifact weapon into her ultimate. There's an animation that Lara reloads her guns, that's the moment when this skill is activated (it doesn't matter how many time has she uses the ult). Btw I have a question: If she uses her 2nd skill while having Amira's debuff, what's the final damage outcome? And also, your videos are always great as usual, I hope you could keep it up in future video
