EXTREME DOLL ROOM MAKEOVER PART 1

It’s already a vibe I can’t wait to have my own doll room 😭🩷

Blue is so good for doll rooms! My wife and I moved over the summer, and I have the finished part of the basement as my doll room - I finally have one! I'm still unboxing dolls and fixing them up to display, and trying to work out my shelving situation. I love your setup so far, and I can't wait to see how your reno goes!

Haha! Yes painting is strenuous and tedious. I use to have my own business painting houses. I was buff then ! LOL Anyways… helpful tip… use a pole on your roller cage. They have various sizes. A broom stick works well. It lets you use two hands and more of your shoulders and forearms for easier exertion on your body… as opposed to mostly on the wrists and hands with just using the cage. Also handy for getting higher and lower without bending over or ladder climbing for higher areas. 😉 (Still have all my tools from those days, always come in handy … I have poles from 2’ to 5’ to a 20’ extender for cathedral ceilings!)

Watching you paint the wall at 5:19 was hurting my soul, you DO NOT want to paint like that, You should first paint the edges and then use a big roller to fill the space EVENLY! Which is up and down. You also want to do 2 Coats! The 2nd coat acts like a barrier for the first one so you can easily clean the wall, saves money long term AND you won't have to touch it up as often.

I can't wait to see the room done.
