First balding Clara, now balding Annika? Girlies reached grandma status.

Hey Jay! Annika's owner here. Wow where to begin, you did such a great job on her and she looks like the promo pics! You are soooooo talented and it's been an honour to see my Annika get fixed by one of my favourite youtubers! 🌙💜 ps, I am so bringing her to the barbie movie when it comes out she's that good!

You are honestly a doll wizard, and it made me ungodly happy to hear you talk about Courtly.
  • For yellowed plastic from UV, just plain high volume peroxide is the usual fix for that. It can cut the yellow in a few hours, depending on the depth of the yellowing and the way you warm the peroxide, and is WAY cheaper than acne cream (which also contains a bunch of stuff that doesn't help the process at all). It also washes away a lot more thoroughly which prevents future damage to the plastic.

I had a P.J. Doll but it was the original one with the blonde ponytails that used the Midge face mold. It came out in about 1970. The one you’re working on came out in the late 70s or early 80s using the Steffie face mold. You did a fantastic job on both of these dolls!

In Brazil, to clean these yellowing on dolls body I use: baking soda + hydrogen peroxide. Put this mix in the area and put the doll in the sun and it helps a lot. And to get rid of glue seepage I use washing powder and CIF. CIF is a degreaser and it works VERY well!!

I had a Malibu PJ from the '70s. I bought her at a garage sale when I was a kid. She had tan lines and pigtails.

  • Hi my name is Kayden and I used to love to play with dolls but sense I have grown up my parents don't like when I play with them and you made me more comfortable with being myself and all I can say is thank you
  • This channel makes me wish all my barbies hadn't been sold off when my mom couldn't afford our storage unit anymore.

Anika went from balding to baddie I’m obsessed she’s so pretty and PJ is stunning

I collect vintage barbies, and the barbie that started it all was when i found an original malibu PJ in great condition when i was 13. She is so pretty and is my prized possession, even if her hair is no longer in pigtails and she came without her bathing suit. Seeing you restore a PJ brought so much happiness to my heart as PJ means so much to me, and you did an excellent job
