A time-lapse of a quick trip to the Shriner's Friday night cruise in the 1960 Austin Healey Sprite

Join us for a quick time-lapse video of the drive to and from the July 5th, 2024 Shriner's Friday Cruise, in Webster, NY. We drove the Bugeye approximately 50 miles round-trip, some on the highways some back roads, grabbed a few pops, and headed home after letting MOWOG get to know our friend's Alfa Romeo Spider. Spotted a CyberTruck parked next to a T-bucket?

Keeping up with the traffic on the highway (at least those in the slow lanes!) just fine. The 948 motor performed flawlessly. The generator doesn't generate. The voltage regulator might not regulate. Absolutely running off the battery, and need to grab a different generator out of the parts horde. Ran into rain on the way home, but nothing to cry about, it's a gorgeous warm summer evening and I'm driving a 1960 Austin Healey Sprite with the love of my life in the passenger seat, takes more than a few sprinkles to spoil that. I'll post a link to a photo album, when I see it pop up on Facebook, of the cars that attended.

Looking down the hood of my bugeye reminds me of looking down the blouse of a skinny girlfriend
