The lvl 80 exclusive quest. This quest was pretty easy and I had most of the materials ahead of time due to luck where I was training. Plothole... while i'm unconscious, why doesn't the guy steal the rest of the core?

    well there's a door in the zemunist institute. It doesn't have a portal, it's just a door. Press up on it.
