Rep. Adam Schiff, who was among the prominent Democrats to publicly call on President Biden to drop out of the race, joins TODAY to speak out on Biden’s historic decision to end his reelection campaign saying the president "put country first." Schiff added that there is excitement in the Democratic party surrounding Vice President Kamala Harris’ bid for the White House. "I have every confidence that she can beat Donald Trump," he says.
