Aggressive TSA Dog Handler Manhandles Explosives Detection Dog Detroit Metro Airport

Published 2023-05-07
A TSA dog handler can be seen here jerking an explosives detection dog around. Poor dog is trying to do what it's supposed to do, keeping the public safe from explosives at the airport, but this dumb jerk is making life hard for him. If this is how he treats the dog in public, what does he do in private? Latest update is the agent was pulled off his duties. Hope he gets fired. There's no excuse for this. The dog was taken to a Vet in an abundance of caution.

This guy needs more than the sack. He needs to have the same treatment done to him ordered by the judge. That would be justice.

How is the dog supposed to do its job right if it's being mishandled?

I'm more concerned about the handler he looks type guy that would do something stupid if he's not watched carefully..... Red flag danger.....

Clearly the dog was not paying attention to the handler. Not abuse, just in training. Dog has to be watching the handler on the turns. People so quick to bash..

I hate animal abuse. I assumed I was going to see a dog being choked by a neck collar. Not a happy dog in a vest. I pick up my small dog by his harness vest whenever a large dog approaches, it's not uncomfortable. Not sure how I feel about this, but if the dog is not under control somebody will sue because they claim they were "forever frightend." Might just be a young dog learning the ropes, not sure this warrants more attention than all the innocent dogs that will be killed across America today.
