He knew he was bargaining with his future self with those screams. I'm sad he'll never be able to scream like that again but I'm grateful to have been there in person to witness how powerful it was, how powerful all of it was. The energy of those early 2000's shows was something really special - life changing in a positive way for a lot of us.

I saw him for the 1st time in Chicago recently, and what a show! I wished I could have seen him much sooner. As a kid I used to be one of those that did backflips, cartwheels etc in mosh pits, some good times!
