i remember using scratch as a kid and making shitty games but like these are such good ports wtf, i definitely did NOT expect this much from it
  • @bowliguess.4362
Fun Fact: There's a menu that pops up when you click empty space around blocks in the scratch editor that lets you clean it up in a single click.
  • @funkinfunkhead
Even with all of those mistakes you gotta appreciate how much effort went into making these ports, these look really nice!
  • @shmish5818
Also Incase you didn't know, there is a preset turbowarp link in the instructions that puts the game into 16:9 aspect ratio rather than 4:3, it also puts it into 60fps

I used that last port to create some pretty neato mods, I have a huge one that pretty much completely overhauls the menu systems, parodying the tricky mod and whatnot in the works. It also adds new mechanics to the songs. It's definitely the best scratch engine i've seen

AYO???? I GOT MENTIONED ON THIS 8:48 I am Brazilball_Mapping, and i got the high score because i'm an OG FNF Player. I've played for almost a year. That's probably why i got it.

9:12 Fun Fact: Shmish21 worked on a PaRappa fan game on scratch, he added a cool mode mechanic, but I'm not sure if it will ever be finished
  • Finally somebody who doesn’t treat scratch games horribly and actually having good reasons that some games are reasonable
  • @uhwhat_
To be something made in scratch, it looks very good from my point of view, you deserve more subs bro.

🙌Hey so this is downloadman31 from the project on 3:20 . I just wanted to say that the input system is fixed and that some extra features and things have been added but there are many that are yet to come, mainly are really easy to mod very easy with its own editor(basically cade engine). I have made a comment before but it got buried or people didnt believe me. however if you want proof, just go to the original project, you will see that now i have given him credit in the "notes and credits" because i have a lot to thank him for, not only for including my project, but also for kinda being the one responsible for me fixing it in the first place because i was so busy with school that i forgot about it and finding this video has reminded me of how important this project really is to me. anyways, if you care, i really liked this video but im also going to resume my work on the project, so maybe, you guys should give me more ideas to put in or improvements to add to the game. - signing off, downloadman31. EDIT: I thought this video was just going to be a child messing around is scratch but this was a genuinely good video

“How the accuracy system is not very accurate” The best sentence I ever heard from a YouTuber

Him:*Plays TPOT intro* you have summoned the osc = )
  • A fact for you: A few months ago me and about 20 others actually made an FNF "port". We used our friend's music and he said we could use it, yet a few days later we had a copyright lawsuit from a random troll that was stalking our group, and it's a shame as it was going to be a release title for Programmer Games, made by our group on scratch. We spent about a month creating it, and when it was released by Donovanni (the lead programmer) over the course of around two days, we amassed around 2 million views and over a million loves and favourites. The troll that claimed it was infringing copyright had no connection to us at all; he had no right to report us. We even had comments telling us that, because we used a Scratch exploit, it even worked and played loads better than the original FNF, with hardly any load time and great modding flexibility. It's just that when these kinds of videos appear, it reminds me of the hours of work we put into it for nothing.

thank you for actually being respectful to scratch games! yes, scratch is more limited than a traditional coding language, but that doesn't mean it's bad. I'm currently making a full rpg game on scratch (because I can't code with text and also because I can work on it at school) and it's nice to see people give the platform some respect :D

People are gonna start an "ok" scratch project where they make literal earth
