I did laugh at 10.33 'it's kind of complicated" So up until then it was easy? It's all very complicated to me but extremely fascinating and informative.

I did not find your autophagy video but if you havent done it yet, please would you mind doing autophagy or mitophagy as well as akt/erk/pi3k pathway. Thanks a lot

So, I think you're saying the amino acids liberated in the lysosome become nutrients, which keep the autophagy from running amok.

so the lysosome is more of a recycling bin then a garbage can.
