Just got this, but there is a bit of an image problem. I've tried talking to customer support as well as looking all over the web for an answer, but without much help.

If you know anything about older projectors, maybe you could tell me what's wrong and how I can fix it. Thanks!

its a green+red 3D projector, i have the same one, i just got glasses and it worked.

It looks like it's 3D to me lol. I had a excellent Optoma DLP projector but the bulb went and ran out, it cost about £130 for a new bulb, I'am always meaning to buy the bulb but I never get round to it, it's been packed up for almost three years now. It's a bit strange going from a 180 inch Projector playing movies to a 32 inch LCD TV but I feel I have adjusted well. I hope you got the projector working it looks like it may be a colour misalignment issue.

I don't know much about projectors, but my guess is its the DLP processor. Which is basically a series of tiny mirrors, maybe they are damaged and are not refracting the light correctly.

mm.... I doubt it. I think for as old as this is, it would probably say so on the machine.

What did you do to fix it? I have the same projector and the same situation with it.
