Hi all! And welcome to the first addition of Sitting With Arvin. This video introduces a issue that has followed me in many areas of my life. An issue has prevented me from operating optimally on many levels. However, I will labor greatly to overcome this/these issue. This will be the first of many videos that aim to help myself (by keeping myself accountable) and anyone else who might be struggling with similar issues.
