Published 2023-04-11
12 easy and realistic things you can do to help ease your depression.

  • Wow, youtube actually recommended me a video by someone who doesn't have hundreds of thousands subscribers! I love finding small channels, there's so many hidden gems! Thank you for your tips and recommendations, it's always great to see what works for someone in real life than general tips!

uffff THANK YOU VERY MUCH. Thanks for share a bit of your happiness to motivate us, to find ours 😊😊
  • Thanks for these great tips. I'm going to implement them. I really like the idea of keeping a collection of things that make me happy/ smile! It inspired me to make a playlist of my favourite comedians on Spotify ...plus threw in songs from Jimmy😅!!
  • I love the hot cocoa tip!! I’d normally add a big teaspoon of sugar and I hate artificial sweeteners. And the journaling format is just what I needed. Actually I needed to hear all of that. K I’m off to the shower!
  • Love this video! Also, the fact that you are a pretty girl with blue hair, idk I find you so cute and perfect to demonstrate how to fight depression! I'm sorry if that is rude. I just found the "blue" hair correlating to "feeling blue" to be very aesthetically on point, and I appreciated it! Off to make some cinnamon coffee!
