  • Diversity is a ‘huge, huge problem’ - I’m sorry but it just is not. Anyone with an internet connection and drive can apply to SUS. The biggest blocker to success is your mindset and pain tolerance for failure. Capitalism in a free democracy cares very little about your race and very much about what value you offer. Diversity of opinion and ideas however...that’s another story.
