I like to imagine Frisk is doing this like a combo attack Frisk punches the enemy in the face, kicks them while they’re knocked down, stabs the knife into their back, slams them over the head with the stick, throws the book at them, while they’re discombobulated Frisk runs up and slashes them across the face with the wooden dagger, then the toy knife, then beats them over the head with the frying pan, then just fucking shoots them.

15:34 the reason he isn't talking is because one (or several) of the attack bars are missing, which counts as not hitting him. You'd have to hit EVERY bar at once.

The fact that the actual weapon is the ballet shoes just makes me imagine them shoving every weapon into one of the shoes and swinging it around by the lace

Frisk Combined the Weapons: A spiked gauntlet with wooden bracing on one hand, and a plastic binder with the pages of a cook book in the other... and then the ballet slippers on their feet. The amount of bars is because you have to use elaborate martial arts to use all of them.
