This is an arrangement of the classic Super Mario Bros. Underground theme for use in the final world of Super Mario Fusion: Revival. As you might be led to believe by the melancholic nature of this piece, SMF:R's final world is not exactly a happy place.

One thing I wanted for this world's music was use of unusual time signatures. This theme has been warped to an alternating 5/8 and irregular 9/8 for most of its duration.
