I’m a private pilot. You wanna know how a lot of pilot gain credentials? They cram their training and hours just to hit the flight deck as soon as possible. There’s plenty of incompetent pilots flying, today, right now.

It is a DEI issue. That was confirmed to me by a pilot that works for American Airlines. Very concerning even for the pilots on other airlines.

Other people get their close calls on the news but holy crap it I capture something that's big news it goes unseen , my close call video capture of airliners crossing eachother at 38,000 feet!!!!! But no one cares about what I got on video until it hits the ground then people start caring , SAD VERY SAD!!!!!!!

All planes have ground proximity warnings that usually consist of a bell or buzzer going off and then a voice saying "pull up!". In the past many planes flew into mountains because of a lack of one or in a few cases pilots turning them off. So what happened here???
