The Moorings Resort on Sanibel Island, the first condominium-style resort to reopen following extensive damages, has made significant progress with over $20 million invested in recovery. Meanwhile, Sundial, the island's largest resort, is also undergoing renovations and plans to reopen parts of its facilities within four months.
