Nice walk, next time I will let you borrow my Golf cart Jokes aside the progress is painfully slow. Even worst is that as a beach it looks GREAT, but I guess another low occupancy season in 2024

Everyone of these abandoned buildings is gradually deteriorating, which means the cost of repairs is steadily increasing. Where is the money going to come from? The buildings are uninsurable, so who’s going to loan any money? If repairs are made, who’s gonna want to spend time in a disaster area ghost town?
