  • Thank you for your kind invitation and kind words. I really enjoyed spending time with you and your team!
  • @simonxplore
Amazing video! Sometimes I can’t believe this stuff is free 😂 thank you so much! Robert is quite amazing! 🙏
  • @UjwalSandeep
Awesome video. Like someone said... It's unbelievable that it's free content.
  • @mscsm2946
I really enjoy when professional trainers team up. I have been following both. Keep it going
  • Awesome to see Robert appreciate the Nate apprentices. I'm one also.

Maaaann!! Cabral stays 10 steps ahead and really shows the difference between obedience and advanced obedience. I love how he interprets the best way the dog will learn what the handler is trying to get him/her to do. Wish I could’ve seen him work some of the dogs himself, but this was still very informative!!

I loved every minute! I’m guilty of being soft with my commands and I catch myself. Robert I loved how you said be the sheep 😂. I have a border collie and I need to be a sheep. I liked the way you put that into prospective. Thanks and well done to all of you!

Great video. Robert is an excellent trainer. Makes things really clear for the handlers. Thank you .

To the cute girl in the orange hoody. What Robert is saying about your commands is that when you give them you say then with "upwards-inflection". The pitch of your voice rises towards the end of the word. A command should have flat or downwards inflection. @Nate thanks for having Robert on very interesting episode.

Ok, I agree with Robert on most of this content. I wouldn't grab a dog by the scruff of their neck. But I agree with the chaining process and moving to be more exciting. It is difficult to watch some of the people with little to no motivation with their dogs. Afraid maybe of what others will think? I did skip through some of the vid as I was getting frustrated that even after being given the best instruction from Nate, some of these folks are not applying it to their dogs and they are blaming the dog. It's not the dog! When my dog isn't doing something I keep wondering how I'm not communicating correctly with my dog. That scratching is just the dog communicating stress. Also head shakes are usually the same thing, dog stress. It is good that Robert gives the instruction what to do instead of just taking the leash. However sometimes it might be good to demonstrate... I'm so ADD, hope I'm making sense here! 😂

Love the 2 of you collaborating together. Your styles of training mesh well❤ Thanks for sharing your knowledge and expertise!
  • @drec5174
Good stuff to have watch/refresh before we start our advanced group classes in Oct with our Corso. Really appreciated this.
  • So many good things in this. I see all of my mistakes I make all the time and I've been training for years.
  • This is so timely for me and my dog. I notice that when we get more engagement, we get less focus on treats in themselves. I have been upping the fun- energy with playing and I'm now getting excited bouncy obedience at the same time. It really helps!
  • @russelllee6544
Nate! this is one of the best videos I learnt so much, thank you!
  • @shell88ish
Thanks for sharing and inspiring me to up the fun with my dog and quit making my training sessions like a chore that needs to be done.
  • @drupalvir3471
Wow! My two favorite dog trainers now on collaboration... Kudos! ❤
  • Those training sessions were very enlightening in seeing ways to make slight changes to my own training so I can be clearer for my dog. Thank you
