The world needs more smart, disciplined, and healthy individuals. We have more food than ever, but less control over its consumption. We have more information than ever but less will and patience to learn it.     Point number four is kinda tricky. I realized consuming too much culture and profound or philosophical books was actually taking its toll on me. I tend to become overwhelmed too. Sometimes I wish I wouldn’t have been so keen on reading since nowadays i feel stuck in my head. Actually thought getting “dumber” is bliss, as opposite to the never satisfied and tortured thinker.
