To everyone saying drainage system is too expensive so they use special tank vehicles. THIS IS DUBAI. They got ski resort in the mall. It's about priorities, not money. They organized EXPO. Paid the elite architects to show how SMART they are. They totally lost their own game.

I have seen on other videos that Dubai plays chemically with the clouds above the country to create rain. Maybe that play went completely wrong this time.
