Imagine walking on the last crack right infront of school ah shit, here we go again

I don’t like it when people say- “I’m so OCD” It’s practically saying- “I’m so Obsessive Compulsive Disorder” Lol
  • @maybe.yellow
And remember that this isn't just 9 minutes, people with OCD go through this for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It's so mentally exhausting, even thinking about how much time a day I spend compulsing and not doing other things like normal people makes my head hurt.

6:08 "hello shadow, you must hate me as much as i hate me" i felt that on a cellular level
  • @melmel1-3-4
Honestly this makes me hate people who self-diagnose themselves with OCD because they have a clean room. Like BOY-

“You don’t follow the rules, you don’t follow the rules, you don’t follow the rules” It hurts how accurate this is
  • @pattikubota
the part when he talks to the shadow and then makes a joke about how he’s talking to himself and then scolds himself for being crazy.......way too accurate.

4:19 “One...two....three...four...five...six...seven...eight...nine...” “Alright cool! Three more than last week!” Everyone liked that

This was exhausting. I'm sorry for all those who have OCD and hope you find ways to manage 🤗

the whole time I was wondering if he stepped on anymore cracks.
  • @alaskayoung6001
"Three more than last week good job tree. Good job." That was so cute to me for some reason.

I uh... I live about 15 minutes away from where "the school" is and I saw my friends car..... 😶
  • @Tocinos
I think a more accurate depiction would be a display of the exhaustion that these compulsions cause in the mind. like at the sidewalk, you don't instantly feel like walking back to re-do it but your mind races until you convince yourself to do it, further reinforcing your compulsion

Has anyone ever tried to walk in the same rhythm as the person in front of you by changing your pace even if it means stopping a bit or increasing your speed?

I've got OCD but this honestly is on the extreme end. I get a bunch of those thoughts like the preparing my bag at the start of the day and the thought of forgetting something, the thought of people getting too close, especially girls makes me uncomfortable and the "I wonder what do the people looking at me thinking right now" thought. I get a bunch more not in this video. It's definitely accurate but as I said more towards the extreme end
